Promo Mechanics

1. Promo Duration: February 15 to May 15, 2026.
2. This promotion is open to all customers who purchase the listed Gulf Passenger Car Motor Oils at participating Gulf Oil retail outlets nationwide in the Philippines during the promo period.
3. To avail of this promotion, customers must purchase any of the following products to receive a free limited-edition Gulf Livery Thermal Flask:
   • Gulf Formula Elite 5W30 – 1 Gallon or 4L
   • Gulf Formula Elite 5W40 – 1 Gallon or 4L
   • Gulf Ultrasynth GDI 0W20 – 1 Gallon or 4L
   • Gulf Max Ultra Plus 10W40 – 1 Gallon or 4L
4. For every qualifying purchase of any of the above products, customers will receive one (1) free Gulf Livery Thermal Flask. The item will be determined solely by the supplier based on availability at the time of purchase. Customers shall have no right to choose, request, or substitute an alternative item.
5. The free Gulf Livery Thermal Flask is strictly not for sale and is not exchangeable for cash or other items.
6. To avail of the promotion, customers must present a valid proof of purchase at the same retail outlet where the purchase was made.
7. The promo is available for purchases made via cash, credit card, or mobile wallets.
8. This promotion cannot be combined with other Gulf promotions or discounts.
9. Redemption Period: Claims must be made within the promo period or until July 15, 2026, in accordance with the DTI claiming period of sixty (60) days after the promo ends.

Terms and Conditions

1. For every purchase of the listed Gulf Passenger Car Motor Oils, customers shall receive one (1) free Gulf Livery Thermal Flask. Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) before availing of the promotion.
2. Eligible Products:
   • Gulf Formula Elite 5W30 – 1 Gallon / 4L
   • Gulf Formula Elite 5W40 – 1 Gallon / 4L
   • Gulf UltraSynth GDI 0W20 – 1 Gallon / 4L
   • Gulf Max Ultra Plus 10W40 – 1 Gallon / 4L
3. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. is part of the Gulf Oil Group. Our registered address is Unit 9A, Inoza Tower, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, 1634. We invite eligible customers (“entrant(s)”, “you” or “your”) to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”).
4. The instructions noted above form part of these Rules. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, these Rules shall prevail. By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Rules. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these Rules at its discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Participants are advised to check this page regularly and to print or save a copy for future reference.
5. This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years old and above who purchase any of the eligible Gulf Passenger Car Motor Oils from participating Gulf Oil retail outlets within the Philippines.
6. There shall be no limitation on the number of times a participant may avail of the Promotion, subject to availability of products and premium items.
7. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for lost receipts, unidentifiable customers, or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible transactions.
8. The premium item awarded under this Promotion shall be at the sole discretion of Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. The recipient shall not have the option to choose or alter the premium item offered; however, Gulf will endeavor to provide the recipient’s preferred premium item, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. The premium item is not for sale, transferable, or exchangeable. No cash or other alternatives will be provided. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. reserves the right to substitute the premium item with another item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
10. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of purchases and participants (including participant identity, age, and number of claims) and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Rules.
11. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond Gulf’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, COVID-19-related restrictions, computer viruses, network failures, fraud, or technical failures, Gulf reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion without liability.
12. All decisions of Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. relating to the Promotion shall be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. Each participant releases Gulf Oil Philippines Inc., its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the premium item, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
14. Participants agree to keep confidential any information of any nature relating to Gulf Oil Philippines Inc., its businesses, personnel, and partners received as a result of participating in the Promotion.
15. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion unless consent is provided for other uses.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By creating a Facebook and/or Instagram account, participants agree to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
17. All aspects of the Promotion, including the premium item, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of the premium item.
19. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and the participant. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to the Promotion.
