• This promotion is open to all customers who purchase Gulf Oil Fully Synthetic or Synthetic Technology available at all participating Gulf Oil retail trade outlets nationwide in the Philippines on the date of purchase.
• To enter the Promotion, customers must purchase either of the following to receive the free item
  • Gulf Syntrac 4T 10W50 – 1 Liter pack
  • Gulf Syntrac 4T 10W40 – 1 Liter pack
  • Gulf PowerTrac 4T 10W40 – 1 Liter pack
  • Gulf PowerTrac Scooter 5W40 – 1 Liter pack
  • Gulf PowerTrac Scooter 5W40 – 800ml pack
• For every qualifying purchase of any of the above products, customers will receive one free Gulf x Trackhouse Sportbag or Tube Mask, as determined solely by the supplier based on availability at the time of purchase. Customers shall have no right to choose, request, or substitute an alternative item. (whichever is available at the time of purchase).
• The free Gulf x Trackhouse Sport bag or Tube Mask is strictly not for sale and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• To avail of the promotion, customers must present their valid proof of purchase at the same retail outlet.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other Gulf promotions or discounts.
• Redemption period: Claims must be made within the promo period or until September 29, 2025, in accordance with the DTI claiming period of 60 days after the promo ends. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-221921, Series of 2025.

Terms and conditions

1. Receive one sports bag or tube mask for every purchase of Gulf Oil Fully Synthetic or Synthetic Technology. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions (herein referred to as “rules”) below before entering the Promotion.
2. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc is part of the Gulf Oil Group. Our registered address is Unit 9A, Inoza Tower, Bonifacio Global City,Taguig City, 1634. We invite eligible customers (“entrant(s)”, “you” or “your”) to participate in this promotion (herein referred to as "Promotion").
3. Entry instructions noted above are part of these terms and conditions. The rules will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to modification, amendment, or revision at the discretion the company and applicable laws and regulations, hence it is advised to check this page regularly. We recommend you print or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
4. This promotion is available to anyone aged 18 and above who purchase Gulf Oil Fully Synthetic or Synthetic Technology from participating Gulf Oil retail outlets within the Philippines.
5. There shall be no limitation on how many times the participant can enter the Promotion.
6. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and its affiliated companies will not be liable for lost entries, entrants that cannot be identified or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries.
7. The premium item awarded to the recipient of this promotion shall be at the sole discretion of Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. The recipient shall not have the option to choose or alter the premium item offered, however, we will endeavour to give recipient their preferred premium item from the three that are offered. This will be on a strict first come first served basis.
8. The premium item is not transferable or exchangeable. The premium item is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. reserve the right to substitute any premium item with another of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
9. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and number of entries) and to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these rules.
10. If any aspect of the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an act of God, force majeure by reason of the Covid-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures, Gulf reserve the right, in our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries, as appropriate, without any liability.
11. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
12. Each entrant releases Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation or inability to participate in the Promotion or the use of or inability to use any premium item except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the price of the premium item or the minimum allowable by law, whichever is lower.
13. You agree to keep confidential any information of any nature about Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and their businesses, personnel, and any of our partners, to the extent such information is received by you as a result of participating in the Promotion.
14. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion unless we have your consent.
15. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram. By creating a Facebook and/or Instagram account, you agree to the Facebook and/or Instagram terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Facebook and/or Instagram account so you will not be able to enter via Facebook and/or Instagram.
16. Everything regarding the Promotion, including the premium item, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify Gulf, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agencies at all times from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any premium item.
18. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law: (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred, (if any), not to exceed one thousand five hundred pesos (Php1,500), but in no event will legal fees be awarded or recoverable; (2) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed one thousand five hundred pesos (Php1,500), and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (3) your remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and you irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
19. These rules are the entire agreement between you and Gulf relating to the Promotion. If a rule is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. will be considered to have waived any of our rights or remedies under these rules unless the waiver is in writing and signed by an authorised representative.
20. These rules are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, Philippines law. The Philippines courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all disputes arising out of or in connection with these rules.
