• For every purchase of any Gulf Motorcycle Oil, the customer is entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
• Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with complete details and drop it in the designated drop box located at the Gulf booth.
• Participants may get a chance to win the grand prize and consolation prizes:

• The raffle draw will be held on October 19, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Gulf booth during the Makina Moto Bazaar.
• The winner will be announced on-site and via Gulf Oil Philippines’ official social media pages.
• Promo is valid only during the event dates. Purchases outside the Makina Moto Bazaar are not eligible.
• How to Claim the Prize?
  • Present a valid passport and the official proof of purchase.
  • Be physically present at the Gulf booth during the raffle draw.
  • Winners must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity and fit to travel between October 23–27, 2025.
  • Pocket money and other personal expenses will be shouldered by the winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• By participating, customers agree to allow Gulf Oil Philippines to use their name, image, and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

3. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. is part of the Gulf Oil Group. Our registered address is Unit 9A, Inoza Tower, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, 1634. We invite eligible customers (“entrant(s)”, “you” or “your”) to avail of this promotion (the "Promotion").
4. The instructions noted above are part of these terms and conditions. The rules will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with other communications. By availing of this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may be modified, amended, or revised at the discretion of the company and subject to applicable laws and regulations.
5. This promotion is available to anyone aged 18 and above who purchases any of the listed Gulf motorcycle oils from participating Gulf Oil retail outlets within the Philippines.
6. There is no limit to the number of times a participant can avail of the promotion or earn raffle entries.
7. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and its affiliated companies will not be liable for lost receipts, unidentifiable customers, or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible transactions.
8. Raffle Prize is awarded at the sole discretion of Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. Recipients cannot choose or alter the item offered.
9. Raffle Entries: Each qualifying purchase entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry for the MotoGP Malaysia Trip draw. Raffle entries are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash. Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. reserves the right to substitute the trip prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
10. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of purchases and participants (including participant identity, age, and number of claims) and to disqualify any customers who do not comply with these rules.
11. If any aspect of the Promotion is interfered with in any way beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, force majeure, Covid-19 restrictions, computer viruses, fraud, technical failures), Gulf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims, without liability.
12. Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. Each participant releases Gulf Oil Philippines Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensors, and Gulf Oil Philippines Inc.’s directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising as a result of participating in the Promotion or using any premium item or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
14. You agree to keep confidential any information of any nature about Gulf Oil Philippines Inc. and its partners received as part of this Promotion.
15. We will only use your personal information for administering the Promotion unless you provide consent for other purposes.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By creating a Facebook and/or Instagram account, you agree to their terms of use and privacy notices.
17. Everything regarding the Promotion, including the premium items and raffle prize, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
18. These rules are the entire agreement between you and Gulf relating to the Promotion. If a rule is found invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect.
19. These rules are governed by and interpreted under Philippine law. Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to this Promotion.
